Hi my name is Marla Clayton. I’m originally from Chicago although I’m pretty much a Florida native, living here in North Port since 1992. I am passionate about making people feel good about themselves and their hair. I love what I do from cutting with shears, razors and clippers, to colors and perms or smoothing treatments. Every day is an adventure and I’m excited to see what today brings.
CANCELLATION POLICY
I charge a 60% cancellation fee for cancellations made with 36 or less hours notice of the scheduled salon service. For example, if your appointment is Tuesday at 9am and you cancel Monday at 11am, that is less than 36 hours notice. I will then charge you 60% of whatever service was booked, so 60% of a $30 haircut is a $18 fee whereas 60% of a $200 chemical service is $120 fee. Additionally, i will charge a 100% cancellation fee for any no call no shows. If your appointment is 10am on Tuesday and I don’t hear from you and you simply just don’t show up, I will access a fee of the entire booked service. If there is no credit card on file, I will send an invoice for the total due and no further appointments will be booked until the payment is made. Please note if cancellation is made with more than 36 hours notice there is no fee. Cancellations can be made free of charge online through the booking website if more than 36 hours notice is provided. Cancellations can also be made by calling or texting me at 941-899-4265.
